Inspection and Testing of Cranes , Forklift trucks, Pallets and Lifting accessories including Slings, Chain Blocks, Lifting Belts, Eye Bolts, Safety Harness and Shackles is performed as per relevant International Standards.
Visual inspection, dimensional measurement, Proof Load testing and NDT of critical parts are performed.
- Concrete weights and water filled vessels are used as test weights during proof load testing.
- Beam deflection is measured during testing of Overhead Crane through laser range meter.
- Tensile load cell with remote display is used for load verification during proof load testing.
